As Apple gears up to shutter its MobileMe service next month, the company has extended its offer of an additional 20GB of free storage in iCloud until September 30, 2012.

United States District Court Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal has granted Apple its requested Motion for Sanctions, penalizing Samsung for refusing to provide evidence in a timely fashion.

The Mannheim Regional Court on Friday has suspended an Apple lawsuit against Samsung over a photo viewing patent and has postponed ruling on a pinch-to-zoom case which was scheduled for judgment today.
