Google, HTC, Samsung reportedly joining Apple in effort to buy Kodak patents
Apple is seeking to buy up Kodak patents, reportedly as part of a consortium that includes Google and various Android licensees, all of whom would benefit from keeping the firm’s imaging rights out of the hands of patent trolls.
After burglarizing the home of Apple’s late co-founder Steve Jobs, Kariem McFarlin distributed some of the loot to his friends, including professional clown Kenneth Kahn.
In an order filed late Thursday, Apple v. Samsung Magistrate Judge Paul Grewal denied Samsung’s request that the jury be told Apple may have destroyed email evidence pertinent to the case.
