Question by : How to download sims 3 custom content on a mac?
I’m trying to download custom content on sims 3, and I looked up directions on how to do it, but I don’t know where to download a resource.cfg file compatible with a mac. If you can help, please let me know

    HiHi…. lol
I’m a little bubbly today. Anyways, all resource.cfg files are compatible with a mac. Trust me I was going through the same thing as you till I realized that… o_O
Usually, when you download things off Peggyzone she provides you with a resource.cfg file that you can use.

    Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3

Make a folder called ‘Mods’ Inside, place the resource file and also make a ‘Package’ folder. Inside the package folder just drop all your custom contents. You can even organize it like i do. As long as you have that resource file INSIDE the mods folder, you are good xD

If my explanation does not help much, Peggy also has a ‘Read Me’ file that help quite a lot. Either way, I wish you luck. ❤

Forget all that I just said…. lmfao

download the framework (Mods folder) and it’s already pre-made. Just put it in your ‘The Sims 3′ folder and open it, go into packages, and but all your packages in there. I forgot the way I just said is the old way… it doesn’t work all too well anymore…
