Apple has historically always made amazingly reliable technology, so if money isn’t an issue, it’s a great buy.
That said, I bought an iRobot on eBay with 256 RAM, 2 GB memory, running Android 1.6 for $120 brand new, shipping included. If it works at all, of course it’s a better decision financially, at almost 20% the cost of an iPad. It will run Barnes and Noble’s eReader software, making it into a touch screen NOOK. Reads comic books, too. Not an iPad but an alternative to fit a budget.
Woohooo!!! i reckon both are good mate!! Who cares about clone or not clone right??? Well, At least, I dont so…Apparently , it depends on your budget really. If you wanna work your butt off for the 1st GEN iPad then go for it. If you arent that weath off or still couldnt make such a massive wages then.aPad is just as good as iPad. Apple VS Google so it’s all for you at the end of the day to actually choose from these such choices….
@kzpi4a How is it better? Based on the price and processor you get, the 1GHz clones kick iPads speed. Plus you can make your own apps very easily so you can turn it into a home media center remote for instance like I did. I upgraded mine to android 2.1 and it was easier than I expected and now my video quality is perfect too.
I use it everyday with my media center pc and I love it!

I like it (Version 2 with Rockchip) – 1Mbit DivX runs smooth, the touchscreenis not the greatest in the world, but good enough. What do you expect from a product that costs 1/8th of the Ipad which even has features like USB-Host? Battery is not an issue for me – i built an additional battery pack for it (7,4V 5000mAh).
And i like the format, you can carry it around in your jacket. Great Toy, gonna mod it up some more.
@thezaugg The iPad. The aPad couldn’t reproduce one video, the touchscreen is not as responsive and the battery sucks.

Apple sold over 150 million iPods in the last 3 years so I guess that nearly half of America is buying “gay” things. Faget is spelled “faggot.” The iPhone 4 recently came out and the only thing that the Android phones you listed have that the iPhone doesn’t is just that: Android OS.
